PROJECT LIFE CYCLE

NTELICA's project life cycle includes four primary phases: Design, build, deliver and change. In addition, our life cycle management tools streamline project administration.

DESIGN

We work with our customers to design each new project. We review the request for quotation, clarify specifications and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and documented. Once we receive all necessary information, we prepare a comprehensive statement of work for customer review, feedback and approval.

BUILD

We schedule project build services upon receipt of a valid purchase order. NTELICA follows rigorous development and testing procedures to ensure quality and accuracy. We use sample datasets for general development. Final development and testing are performed using live data sources. Each new deliverable must be customer approved before it is released for delivery.

DELIVER

First, we collect, prepare, analyze and visualize customer data. Then we deliver project output when and where our customers need it. NTELICA follows strict security procedures to ensure that delivery is secure, efficient and confidential. More information is provided in our Service Delivery Guide.

CHANGE

Timely and accurate information is crucial in a rapidly changing world. We understand that customers may need to request changes to maintain or increase the value of deliverables. Change orders are carefully defined and documented for mutual approval, and prioritized to expedite turnaround times. Change orders are also used to deactivate and reactivate projects.

MANAGE

NTELICA provides life cycle management tools to administer all phases of project activity. Pertinent information is always available online through a simple and intuitive user interface.
