Service Delivery Guide

NTELICA delivers complete data analytics service solutions. We collect, prepare, analyze and visualize data; and deliver project output. This guide defines two key terms, projects and deliverables, before summarizing each service delivery step.

Projects

Projects are discrete customer service solutions. Customers can have any number of concurrent projects, and each project must have at least one deliverable. Projects can be short-term or long-term engagements. Customers can deactivate projects any time without penalty.

Deliverables

Deliverables are any type of project output that NTELICA delivers to customers. We provide a broad range of deliverables to address the growing demands and increasing complexity of our digital world. Some deliverables, such as dashboards, are visualizations used by people; while other deliverables, such as XML files, are semi-structured data used by applications. Regardless of the format and use case, any project output that we deliver to customers is considered a deliverable.

Collect Chevron

We use customer specified data sources to build datasets needed to create deliverables. NTELICA can collect data from multiple disparate sources that are stored on devices with static network access. We work closely with our customers to ensure that data collection is secure, efficient and confidential. Once initial connections are established, no additional customer interaction or support is necessary thereafter.

Collect Source Data

Data Sources

Data sources are stores of structured, semi-structured and unstructured digital information. These stores can include one or more databases, file systems and individual files. A few prominent examples are listed below.

Prepare Chevron

Once collected, data generally needs to be prepared for consumption. This step can be complicated and time consuming, but is crucial for producing accurate and reliable results. Data preparation often requires multiple tasks, which depend on source data quality and project requirements. If necessary, NTELICA will coordinate with customers to identify and verify necessary modifications.

Deliver Chevron

Customers can download deliverables from secure online accounts, and NTELICA can deliver directly to customer data stores and email addresses. (Note: Standard email is not secure.) While most deliveries are scheduled periodically, such as daily and weekly, aperiodic deliveries are also supported. We work closely with our customers to ensure that delivery is secure, efficient and confidential. Once initial connections are established, no additional customer interaction or support is necessary thereafter.
